Internal Sales Representative
Internal Sales Representative - HQ Dartford This is a rare opportunity to join Reciprocals growing Internal Sales Team. The team acts in most instances as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service. The team apply sales skills capitalising on commercial opportunities to achieve the sales targets set, this will include sourcing new sales opportunities through lead finding and outbound calls. You will be required to identify potential customers and follow up to achieve new sales or, where appropriate, book appointments for External Account Managers. The Internal Sales Representative must meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives and ensure all prospects are entered in the Account Managers CRM accurately. The Internal Sales Team initiate regular and systematic telephone follow up of customers and liase daily with their colleagues updating them of any developments, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
